As engineering manager, much of my work was communication. I worked side by side with our DevOps and project leads, kept teams in East and West Malaysia in sync, and made hiring a clear conversation from the first CV to onboarding week. When 11 interns joined at once, we paired them across teams, so our engineers grew into mentors too.
